Gartner Trovato Architects designed this gorgeous bay house design in Bayview, NSW, Australia. Situated on a steeply graded property with the water at its feet, this slope house plan offers endless views of Pittwater from every point of the house – both indoors and out! From the street, this house appears as a small, low-profile home with minimal visual impact – that is, until you see it from the bay. Three living levels make their way down the hillside – a configuration that allows for privacy form the street while making the most of the views and potential outdoor living space. The result is a design boasting equally impressive indoor and outdoor living rooms. The uppermost floor houses the main entrance from the street along with the kitchen, living and dining rooms, a bar, powder room and access to three outdoor entertaining areas.
